Gosh, there are so many, and some I haven’t seen.

Three that I never understood: “Donnie Darko”, “Piimer” and “Twelve Monkies”

Hilarious: “Groundhog Day” and “Back to The Future”

Harry Potter: “HP and The Prisoner of Azakabon”

Shocking ending: “Planet of The Apes”

Does “Arrival” count?

The Time Traveler’s Wife is cool.
I haven’t read the book, but apparently it gets far more involved than the movie. The way he meets his wife is wild.
Sometimes he sees himself, and it is disturbing for him.
It is a tissue box movie.

I don’t think there is any better time traveler than Michael J. Fox.

I have a list of nearly 100 favorite films, which I just skimmed, and I don’t think any of them involve time travel.

However, thinking of such films, some of my favorites of the time travel films I can think of before falling asleep might be:

The Terminator
Terminator 2: Judgement Day
Primer
Safety Not Guaranteed
Donnie Darko
Just Visiting

Will toss in my fave TV shows in the genre…

11.22.63

Oh also, even tho it is basically a cheesy chick flick, I love “Blast from the Past”.
Okay, that’s not really time traveling per se, but I am fudging a bit.

Timecrimes and Primer are vastly overrated, in my opinion.
Safety Not Guaranteed was amusing.
Blast From The Past and Arrival aren’t really time travel, but I’ll let it slide.
The Time Travelers Wife was wonderful.
12 Monkeys, Terminator movies, Time Bandits, Donnie Darko, are all great.

@mazingerz88 Holy cow, how could I have forgotten that, that is my favorite time travel movie of all time!

Somewhere in Time

Not strictly time travel but close I think. Lol

I just love the love theme and the plot in the film, Forever Young with Gibson.

11/22/63 tried to but failed to capture the appeal of the book by King. To enjoy that time traveling story, I’d rather just read the book again.

Time After Time
Not a movie, but the best Star Trek episode was City On The Edge Of Forever, when Kirk went back to the depression.

@mazingerz88 & @anniereborn THANK YOU for guiding me to Somewhere In Time!!! You gave me a WONDERFUL evening that I won’t soon forget!!! This WON’T be my last tiome watching it either!!!

SPOILER ALERT!

^^ That film gets me every time. Every time since the year of its release. I’m pretty sure I tried it in my 20s, travel back in time. Lol

Damn that coin!

@LadyMarissa I’m so very glad. My mom and dad actually had their honeymoon on Macinac Island where that was filmed and lunched at the Grand Hotel. It’s way to expensive to stay there, but i dream of it. I dunno if they still do, but they used to have a “Somewhere in Time” gathering there every year.
