I do not know what is and is not covered.
But what should not be covered:
– non-reconstructive plastic surgery
– quackery, like homeopathy, acupuncture, faith healing, etc.
– and, based purely on my own vindictiveness, health problems resulting from tobacco and alcohol abuse.
Psychologists should be covered. I don’t know what shouldn’t be covered.
Also dental work and ambulance.
Thanks @ragingloli and @RedDeerGuy1 I agree with most of what’s in your list. I need to know more about acupunture though. I never heard a negative thing, How about Chiropractic (whatever is the noun of the word is )
