What can I do with this giant, 42 oz can of pineapple juice?
I have had this giant can of pineapple juice spinning around in my lazy Susan for months. I don’t know why I got it. Probably some ridiculous FB recipe. But I don’t know what to do with it! Make a ham, maybe, and inject a boat ton of the juice in it? That sounds really good, actually. Would it work?
Any ideas?

You could make some punch out of it for your Thanksgiving meal, or have a barbecue sooner, and have some people over.
Otherwise, you can freeze it in batches in ice cube trays, then put the cubes in a freezer bag, then pop them out as you want them for juice, or cooking (good flavoring for stir fries, or marinades for meat, with added herbs and spices).
Or let your grandkids have a Hawaiian themed “lemonade” stand and sell cups of pineapple juice.
@Kardamom You are a damn genius! I will freeze it in container. We’ll be camping Thanksgiving week. We’ll be barbecuing and I bet that would make some GREAT barbecue!
Glad to be of service. I love pineapple juice.
I do too. I just didn’t want to open it and not be able to use it in some way. Gotta buy ice cube trays now.
I also make home made Popsicles out of real juices, like cranberry juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, etc. The kids love em.
Also, what is that in ml?
With a few extra ingredients and a big bottle of Rum, you could make a huge batch of Pina-coladas and let the party begin.

Mix it with a little Recipe 21 orange flavored Vodka. Maybe 1 oz vodka to 8 oz juice. It would be delicious!
Make a giant, right-side-up pineappleless pineapple cake.
Maybe some pineapple waffles?
Yes, I like pina coladas
And getting caught in the rain
I’m not much into health food
I am into champagne
Sorry! Every time I hear or read about pina coladas, I immediately start singing that silly, old song.
Some equally silly trivia – the song’s title is “Escape,” not “Pina Colada Song” as generally believed.
Make sweet-and-sour pork (Chinese dish). Look it up on YouTube or other internet cooking site.
@2davidc8 I have a feeling that it was some recipe on FB that caused me to buy it in the first place!
@Love_my_doggie Right? And, like, they’d “laugh for a moment” when each realized the other was going out on them…..
