I have had pizza served with almost anything you can name on it, but have never had it with chicken on it. Is there such a thing as a "Chicken Pizza," and if so, why isn't it offered in the "normal" pizza places?

If there is nothing “wrong” with putting chicken on a pizza, then why isn’t it a popular topping?
