It’s a joy waking up realizing you don’t need to work that day or doing stuff while in bed, but how long is too long that you feel somewhat bad or guilty about it?

I’m retired and don’t sleep well. I often wake around 6:30 or 7 but generally stay in bed til around 8 or so. I will sometimes stay in bed until 9ish but if it’s much later than that, I feel like I am being unproductive.
Today I woke up at 11AM.
Decided to give it another go.
Woke up 1:30PM.
I’m good.
If I sleep past noon I feel useless and guilty, even on a weekend. Fortunately I get up at 6 a.m. during the week often enough to recover from the shame.
I feel best when I’m out of bed by eight. Nine is all right, but anything past that makes me feel uncomfortable. Which doesn’t mean that I don’t allow it to happen.
Anything past 8AM and I feel I’m wasting time.
As long as humanly possible. Pretty much every weekend, I spend at least one full day in bed (often asleep, but sometimes switching between sleep and reading). I don’t exactly feel guilty about it, but it frustrates me to no end that my health necessitates such an absurd recovery period after working all week. It makes me grouchy.
Ten minutes after the alarm on a workday. On the weekends I usually get up when the sun is up, or 7 a.m., whichever is later.
I sleep poorly pretty much every night. Not sure what I would feel guilty about, since I don’t get enough sleep, and the sleep I do get is of poor quality.
Anything past nine am, which is generally due to a cold or interrupted sleep.
