Can you characterize the Brexit follies as a combination of some set of TV shows or movies?

In watching what’s going on in the UK now, I would describe Brexit as the confluence of:

Titanic + A Comedy of Errors + The Wizard of Oz.

Maybe with a little bit of the end of the Godfather thrown in for good measure.

I’m still waiting for the prime minister to go back to Europe and negotiate a worse deal

Dumb & Dumber meets The Three Stooges.
Theresa May & the conservative party are not fit for purpose, a toxic bunch of self serving morons only out to better themselves.
The EU meanwhile offer a demand not a deal, we should no deal the fuck out of them & make a trade deal with the WTO as the euro idiots don’t have a monopoly on financial affairs.
Still, all highly entertaining & we will of course be better off in the end, just need to bin the tories.

Ship of Fools, Carry on Regardless and probably Decline and Fall.

I can’t. Only have vague ideas about Brexit. Too focused on the eventual Trumpxit.
