Where can I get a loan or credit card?

Asked by Anonymousgirl88 (176points) December 11th, 2018 from iPhone

I’m trying to find a good loan place, so I can pay for real-estate education. The classes are $2,000 and I need to pay for it soon. Does anyone know of a good loan place where I don’t have to pay a whole lot each month, to pay the loan off?

If you have a good credit history, you should be able to qualify for a personal loan at your bank.

Thank you for the input. Most the banks i’ve been to so far, don’t have personal loans. I also have no credit built up.

The $2,000 real estate education is almost certainly a scam.

I agree with @pinguidchance. Have you checked out the company? Is it well known? Look up reviews on the internet and see what people are saying about the course.
I would try a bank or a credit union for a loan.

Is it Trump University? Oh they went out of business after collecting money from students and giving them nothing (a degree or certificate).

Would you send us a link to the real estate school?

The company is called Renutus.

If you have had a job for some time, you can qualify for a credit card and can go that way as well.

If the BBB says their crap, then listen they are crap.

The banks give personal loans. It’s just that you don’t have enough credit history built up in order to get a personal loan!!! I agree with the others that this is probably going to end up a scam. Talk to some of your local real estate offices to get some info on this school or maybe ask them which legitimate schools would they recommend.

It’s a scam.

Wow! I just read the reviews of Renutus! They are multilevel marketing scammers!
Don’t give them a cent. Run!

“Renatus” is derived from “Born again”

“Renutus” is derived from “They made nuts out of us.” And it’s an anagram of ” ‘s Untrue”

^ .I saw much the same. Many stated that they put in the work only to be blocked out from the people they brought in…unable to continue with their own leads.

My BFF’s son got into real estate by talking with a local office. He interned for a while to show them what he was capable of doing. Then they sent him to school & gave him on the job training until he got established Now he is one of their top agents. He only had to sign an agreement that he’d stay employed with them for 2 years after completing his school in exchange for the free schooling. He’s now been with them 8 years.
