As stated. It’s a simple, yet really complicated, question. If you can’t answer, then comment.

What do you mean “demonstrated”? And do you mean “spacetime”? If so then it’s all around you. Gravity is a result of spacetime.
I’m not sure what you mean. Space and time appear to be fundamental realities in our daily lives but some physicists speculate that space-time isn’t fundamental but emerges in some way from the quantum world.
How much detail do you want in an answer?
Space exists, we know that. But time is concept that only man can realize. For the most part, since time is irrelevant, there is only now. (IMO)
Great question! Yes! It’s real and measurable!
The GPS satellites, traveling at ~14,000 km/hr, show relativistic effects of about 38 microseconds per day.
Here is a good write-up on the subject. GPS and Relativity .

Well, if you throw a ball it curves to the ground instead of going straight. That’s an example of the action of the curvature of spacetime.
@LuckyGuy: Conversely, to stay on topic, do you also think that time is SPACE, demonstrated?
It’s demonstrated but it’s a self-referential demonstration from a certain point of view.
The philosopher John McTaggert wrote an influential paper claiming that time is unreal. These 2 9 minute videos give a good summary.
