If given the choice would you purchase chicken skins?
For me the flavored spiced most and crispy chicken skins are the best part of a chicken. Is it feasible to sell chicken skins?

Don’t think anyone would buy them.
Pork skins yes – - chicharrones fried pork skins.
Fried chicken skins sounds good too !
No. I don’t buy pork skins either.
@Dutchess_lll Good. Supply would be limited. More for me and Tropical_Willie .
I find the skin to be the best part of fried chicken!!! I like fried Pork rinds too. I surely hope no company is reading this or I’ll be tempted with buying a bag of fried chicken skins by mid January!!!
I always pull the skin off the chicken before I cook it. I don’t know if it’s the skin that is so good, or simply the breading and seasonings that are ON the skin.
It’s the skin!!! I pull the skin off after it’s cooked & eat it first…then I eat the meat!!!
I tend to avoid eating chicken skin for health reason. There are always better alternatives. Not to be hypocrite, but sometimes (yes, sometimes) when I eat peking duck and the skin is super thin, flavored/marinated, and crispy I’ll eat them anyway.

Who doesn’t love dress up.
Or it could turn out to be quite the epiphany if not twelfth night.
Make sure your decorations are down by then.
Nope. In fact, you can have most of mine.
When I buy a rotisserie chicken (for the ridiculously low price of $5 or $6) I usually peel the skin off and leave it for the neighborhood fox. The rest of the chicken is enough for to make 3 meals for two people.
^^^Same. Except for the fox. We give it to our house wolf.
@raum Damn you…Now I don’t have to wait to mid January!!! Guess what I’m snacking on tomorrow????
Yum doesn’t begin to describe it…DELICIOUS is a better word!!! :)
Update I ordered some a year ago was horrid.
