What is Dim Sum? And why is it capitalized?

Ground beef. I had some yesterday for my BIRTHDAY. I had shepherds pie (the American way) and it was pretty good. Still today I could go for some lasagna or something else with ground beef. I should be staying away from the stuff though.

Dim sum is a style of Chinese cuisine prepared as small bite-sized portions of food served in small steamer baskets or on small plates. Dim sum dishes are usually served with tea and together form a full tea brunch. Dim sum traditionally are served as fully cooked, ready-to-serve dishes.

Kind of like Asian Tapas. And it doesn’t have to be capitalized. I’m just dramatic that way.
