Internet access is more important.
Probably the internet, but I would hate to be forced to choose.
Internet; my wife works from home.
Internet, by far. But there is more than a little crossover, since my cable provider is also my ISP. And I watch streaming networks over my cable connection.
Internet by far here ,we watch our tv through the internet.
Internet. My roommates and I don’t even have cable anymore. We watch TV through streaming.
If you have a good internet connection you can stream anything, and internet costs less than satellite tv.
Internet for me. Cable can go.
Internet. You can get everything with internet that you can get with cable / sat TV and then some.
When we cancelled cable there was a moment of dread…but it turned out great!
Internet is more important to me.
We have neither at home, just phones and free tv. Suits us fine.
Internet, have not had cable TV in years.
Internet. We don’t have cable, nor have we in decades.
Definitely the internet, I can still watch my favorite shows on Netflix. The only thing I watch on my TV nowadays are cooking shows and I could give that up really easily.
We’re it just me, I would have cancelled cable long ago and done fine with streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) via internet. Unfortunately, my wife prefers cable and my daughter wants both.
::sigh:: — to my jumbo Verizon bill.
My TV is on most of the day with the news, if I’m not watching a movie.
My internet takes less than an hour a day.
So, please, take my satellite TV signal first. I have dvds to watch, and the news these days is poison.
@KNOWITALL we’d be fine with free TV but we can’t get reception. Even with modern antennas we can’t get reception because we’re in a hole.
@Dutchess A hole? Like a hollar? Bottom of the hill?
Tbh, I read a lot, clean house, play with animals and I was watching more trash than I needed. When I caught myself watching Real Housewives I pulled the trash plug. Embarassed me!
Yeah. The Walnut river meandered all through this area for a millions.of years. We’re part of the flint hills so it took some wacky turns along the way, but always making it’s erosive way down hill. And here we are!
It’s the Walnut Valley. It’s not super cool like a holler in the Appalachians though. You wouldn’t really realize it if you didn’t know.
Internet hands down. You can always stream live tv on your phone or or tablet.
