Please tell me similar site to Airbnb where I am not required to provide motel style accomodation in my home?

What I am looking for is a booking site where the guest pays upfront, but does not have an expectation of “motel standard” accommodation. But in all other respects, they are like a conventional boarder. I would still be happy to do the basic housework on their behalf. And I would be willing to charge less in exchange for less hassle eg even $130 per week would be ok.

I live in a 2 bedroom unit in Ringwood, an outer suburb of Melbourne, Australia. The median rent is $375 per week for a unit (or condominium), in this area.

Using AirBnb I charge $27 per night, $170 per week and $657 per month. The Air Bnb guests are, of course, sharing with me.

I find it difficult to satisfy demanding Air bnb “guests” who are expecting me to provide the “motel experience”, even when I am sometimes working 64 hours a week. But I have given up on conventional boaders because they keep on refusing to pay (The ATM machine doesn’t work, my boss didn’t pay me etc).

I’m also a bit frustrated, that when considering all they are getting, it is considerably cheaper than renting (even if sharing), considering that I am providing all the furnishings, appliances, paying for electricity, gas etc.
