We all make mistakes and some of these mistakes can provide the best lessons in life. Do you regret making these mistakes?

I regret the burnt perm I had in the 80’s.
Not really. There are some things I wish I hadn’t done, but at the time I didn’t have the life experience to make a better choice.
I regret giving my time and energy to several people who didn’t value me anywhere near as much as I valued them.
Every mistake I have made has taught me something and the path of my life has led to where I am today. No, I have no regrets. There are things I have on my bucket list, but no regrets.
Yes I do. i wish I could have been a better wife and mother than I was.
This is a very difficult question for me. I made choices in my life that led to great turmoil, but there was also wonderful love. I have known great pain, but now I have beautiful relationships. I think the notion of regrets is that we wish we could somehow undo past choices.
I sincerely wish I could have the love of the relationships I have now without having had to experience all the pain I lived through. I think that’s a little different than regrets.
No, let life happen & whatever falls into place, let it be so.
All part of living, learning & making the best of what you’ve got.
I don’t believe in regret!!! However, I have done many things in my life that had I had the opportunity to do them all over again, I would have probably handled the situation differently; but, I do NOT regret the way I handled it the first time around as it was the BEST thing for me at the time!!! Yes, I’ve learned a LOT in my lifetime. My parents always told us that mistakes are OK the FIRST time. The second time meant that you learned NOTHING the first time & that was NOT acceptable. So, we got a pass on our first mistake & a lecture for hours on the second one!!! My dad could lecture in such a way & for so long that I used to pray that he hit me & get it over with!!!
I have plenty of regrets. I do my best not to dwell on them. It’s not always easy.
My latest one is not immediately running to the side of a friend of mine when she was hospitalized. I don’t feel guilty, but I do regret it.
Other regrets have to do with my health.
I also get waves of deep regret that I didn’t have children.
When it comes to regret, usually something has to happen to trigger my feelings of regret to pop up again.
I should have let my friends win at chess. Instead of creaming them over and over. I should have kissed my friend before she got together with my friend. I should have taken better care of myself in university. I should have used my $1,500 grant for anti-psychotics instead of pizza and dry ribs for the first year students and my gf.
Yes! I have one. I chose a wrong college major. Because, I was fall in love with a girl when I should choose my major. My brain was full of her in that time. So, I lost the logical judgement ability. The result is now I have to spend more time to learn other major knowledge I like.
