@harp. I remember learning that the for gov’t or business related acronyms, it is best to come up w/ a catchy name or phrase first and then attach the words to get it to match the issue and the catchy word. Sounds like your example qualifies…..

kinda like MADD (Mothers against drunk driving….)

In the US Military, until strenuous objections were raised, an armed services chaplaincy organization was known as FUCCO.

I don’t recall the meaning of those letters, but they are also the spelling of an Italian surname.
