When did academic success not guaranty vocational success?

What is success? That’s something you’re going to have to figure out for yourself. No one else can decide what is successful to you.

The exact time? 12:01 a.m. on August 26, 1965, when LBJ changed the draft rules and a student deferment became necessary to avoid the draft.
