It can’t on your end. It’s an issue with the site’s server or an invalid URL.
…What is one of the causes for Page Not Found, that can be solved in 5 seconds or so by anyone?
It’s caused by some one typing in an invalid URL. Likethis.com
…when clicking on an image for eg. in an actual website .

That’s what I’m telling you – it can’t be solved by anyone. And damn sure not in 5 seconds or less. If you’re getting a 404 error then it’s ether an issue with the site’s servers. That’s not something an end-user has any control over. The other possibility is that you’re typing in a URL that is not valid, effectively commanding the web browser to look for a page that doesn’t exist. Make sure you’re typing the URL correctly.
Only thing you can try is to push f5 and/or reload the page.

Do you have a specific url that’s sending you to an error page?
From the cursory testing that I’ve done, if you click on a url for a nonexistent site, you probably won’t get a 404 error message, but you will if you include a page that doesn’t exist in an existing site; e.g., https://www.imdb.com/trumpsux
Or maybe go to Wayback Machine to see the page before it was deleted.
Thanks. @RedDeerGuy1 and @Brian1946 and @Mimishu1995 I’m referring to clicking on a well known site maybe even internationally It’s if you click on an image on the homepage (so homepage is ok I didn’t mention that) Since it’s the first time it happened I’ll make sure if it’s been fixed, before I post it etc.,
Ok, it’s been fixed, just like I suspected it would be.
