What activity should not be called “reusing” because it’s nothing more than just putting the 2 items in the garbage at the same time?
Examples of reusing:

Using a plastic grocery bag to pick up dog poop? You are using the bag more than once, but it is still going in the trash bin with the poop.
Well, for example, you use all of the jelly out of a jelly jar. Instead of throwing it away, you use it to store syrup in. You reuse it. It could also mean it’s repurposed. Used for a different purpose.
You can also recycle a jelly jar, which means it goes to a recycle station where they melt it down with other glass and make other kinds of glass products. That is recycling.
Or you can just throw it in the land fill which is BAD.
Oh, wait. Good connection @Kardamom. I can almost understand what she means by “putting two items in the garbage at the same time.”
BTW, the solution to the plastic bags is just don’t use them. Use washable cloth ones.
Well, you are welcome. ;)
