How do I develop a system where my customers send all the order quantity and type through sms and I receive thier data real-time on my SAP or any portal ? What would all the requirements be

Slowly and carefully.

1) you need an SMS provider
2) you need a processor that will accept the incoming messages and parse them
3) you need to send these to your order processing software

But there are lots of details, and the specific answers are going to depend on the software you are using, yur SMS provider, and how good your programmers are.
