To keep the light out of your eyes? What is a good solution for the problem?

I spent most of my life since I was 18 sleeping somewhere with a pillow over my head to block the light or noise.
But it wasn’t balanced.
It just sort of lay there-flopped if you know what I mean.
The pillows I use have been flexible.

Turning the light off works pretty well.

@Darth_Algar Lol. I don’t think that the city would like me screwing with the light standard. I have slats and a shower curtain blocking most , but not enough, of the city light.

Ah, so it’s light from outside. A set of good, thick drapes should do it.

@Darth_Algar Ok thanks. Will check Amazon for good thick drapes. EDIT: I have one on Amazon wish list for when I have the money.

Check thrift stores. You don’t have to buy new.

I will call Bed , Bath , and Beyond. Later. Thanks all.

Looking into 100% total blackout curtains Might look for eye mask too. Edit: will wait 24 hours before purchasing.

Try a thrift store, second hand store or charity store for a blanket that might work if light enough in fabric. Or you could probably buy one cheap enough.

Use an eye mask, and earplugs.
You can also try covering your windows with duct tape.
