Has a professional panhandler ever been knighted in any country?

I don’t know how anyone could say no with perfect certainty, but it does seem highly unlikely.

Had to look up “Professional Panhandlers” and located this article on them.
Don’t think that they would be knighted, but sent to prison for defrauding more like it?

By The way here is link to those that REFUSED knighthood. Its not all that is cracked up to be.
Panhandlers would NOT be considered for Knighthood.
