In your ideal apartment or house, what would be your minimum requirements as far as appliances or other features?

“Ideal” would be:

Full size washer/dryer in a separate laundry room with counter for folding.
Six burner gas stove with full oven.
Dishwasher.
Bread warming drawer.
Separate oven for keeping prepared foods warm or for baking.
Ideal would be four bedrooms, with bathroom en suite for each bedroom, plus half bath off of living room/social area, another off of kitchen, and one with outside access.

2 bedroom, one for office/computer room, the other big enough for a queen size bed
1 bath
TV with Surround Sound amp, speakers
Fridge w/frostless freezer
Range, electric, glass top or regular
Microwave oven
washer and dryer
dishwasher,
computer with flatbed scanner/printer
A/C
carport
storage shed
No roommates!
Ideal house?? As mentioned above with 2-car garage with enough backset from street for a concreted carport to be in front of it.

As for amenities:

This would all be on about 10+ acres of land
3 bedroom, 2 bath.
Natural or LP gas for cooking
Fireplace and/or wood stove at least.
Geothermal heat
Solar power with wind as a back up. If a stream is available, a water powered power source.
Lots of solar powered sky lights.
Washer at a minimum…I have used the clothes line for drying many times.
Root cellar for those veggies like carrots and potatoes that do well in a cool but not necessarily refrigerated area.
Lots of storage areas for food, wood, etc.
I do like my microwave, but could get by without it.
As long as I’m dreaming, I’d have about a 24’ geodesic dome greenhouse with built in aquaponics and temperature control.
