Amazon - Huge price differences!

For the same product, Logitech Z-5500 speakers, the American Amazon site sells it for USD$188.54, while the Canadian Amazon site sells it for CAD$499.99!

What is up with this huge price difference? If i buy it from the Canadian site, chances are it will be shipped to me from Amazon’s warehouses in America.

I dont know, but there may be two Amazon warehouses, one that primarily ships to canada and the other america. So the american one may have been overstocked with the speakers, so they put them on sale (54%) to try and clear out some of the inventory.

this may be completely wrong. Just a theory.
