Can I make a quesadilla without the bread?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24986points) April 29th, 2019

I have some ground beef, cheese and sour cream for dipping. Can I make a tasty snack for later? I have normal white bread just in case It is required.

Cook the ground beef then add cheese and stir and add sour cream. Do you have any spices like chili powder, salt and pepper? Add those and any ketchup or sun dried tomatoes.

You could dip veges into a mixture of those ingredients. You could also wrap it up in lettuce, cabbage or kale.

Put it in frig or freezer. It will be good for couple of days.

I’m confused.

There’s no bread in a quesadilla.
It’s just cheese in a tortilla?

@raum Just ground beef and cheese and sour cream. Very filling. Not enough cheese. Will add more cheese next time.
