How can I factory reset my ChromeBook without enough space?

Asked by RedDeerGuy1 (24948points) May 16th, 2019

I need an extra 1.6 GB. I’ve deleted everything that I could and it updated on me.

Factory rest will erase EVERYTHING that you added !
A factory reset erases all the information on your Chromebook’s hard drive, including all the files in the Downloads folder.

@Tropical_Willie Yes. I have viruses and not enough room to download ant-virus software. I want to junk it
What do you recommend? Ok I will only use it for Fluther and YouTube. I have enough room now for updates.

If it is that bad then follow Chromebook’s instructions for a reset. First thing to put on it is anti-virus software and stay off questionable websites like porn sites.
