Is it possible to download a section of audio from YouTube?

Hopefully at least one of them will include a segmentation option.

I use Firefox as my browser & it has a youtube addon that allows me to download what I’m watching as an .mp3 or .mp4. IF the owner blocks either of these options, there is still another option to download which is a royal pain in the butt but has never failed to work. Since FF is the only browser that I frequently use, I don’t know IF it can be done with any other browser.

Apparently Windows 10 has a screen record option.

I wonder if it actually allows one to record a video directly from your screen to your PC, so that even if a file has no save option, you can record it while you’re playing it.
