What do you do If you meet someone who Is arguing with themselves?

As a layman, I suggest you leave them alone. If you must talk to them, make sure they understand you do not share their experience of who they are talking to. Ask them bluntly who they’re talking to.

I would assume they were suffering from some kind of delusion and pass them by.

Keep moving. Do not confront them. Do NOT ask them who they’re talking to. They may be in the middle of a psychotic breakdown.

I thought I saw that very thing once. Wind blew her hair back some, she had Bluetooth in her ear.
