Have you combined two different methods of weight-loss diets that worked?

And in addition also effective in keeping your ideal weight in the long run without gaining unwanted pounds? What were those methods?

Took slim-fast as instructed in the package.
Have one slim-fast drink for breakfast and one for lunch.
Then have a full ( normal ) supper before 7 PM.
Have glass of water before retiring.
As the weight comes off, bike, hike,swim, keep active even at first if its just a walk around the block and then it will get easier and step it up walking stair instead of elevators etc
Lost 80 pounds in 8 months and kept it off for three years before I had a bike accident and because I could not move as much gained the weight again. It is really important to keep active.It did not help that I had been given Ibrophrophen for pain as later I learned that it slowed down the metabolism and thus weight gain!
I am now retired but try to get outdoors as much as possible by hiking the trails in our area..I look forward to the Summer months to do this and photography at the same time.
The equation is simple. Find a way to use more calories, than you consume. That will take fat off.
Maintaining an ideal body mass index, requires burning about the exact amount of calories that are consumed. Consulting a nutritionist would be the best way to get the most helpful strategy.
