What other jurisdictions have different rules for minimum wage for under 17 and servers?

In Alberta we are passing different minimum wages for teenagers ( $13/hour), and wait staff that can receive tips. Are anyone else passing or had passed similar laws?

Also we are trying to eliminate time and a half overtime pay for working more than 8 hours a day or 44 hours a week.

Current minimum wage is $15/hour for every one else.
