Does anyone know about the GM-CSF protein?

Asked by tan253 (2958points) June 10th, 2019

Is this something you can increase in your body through food?
I’ve read that having this protein can help decrease inflammation caused by the flu – I’m curious to know if you can get this protein in any food?
The anti-inflammatory diet?
Is is something that even comes from food, it’s something way above my brain capacity – understanding what GM-CSF actually is… so thought I’d ask you brain boxes here.
