What's a good meal after you've been eating crap?
You've been here before: maybe you're at a family gathering and you've been nibbling on soda and chips and candy all day. Or you've been working too hard and have only been eating some peanut butter and clif bars. Your stomach feels kinda queasy, if you see another salty/sweet thing you'll die.
What can you eat to "reset" your system? Definitely something healthy. High-protein meal + leafy greens?
