I thought it meant sex.

Sex is boff.
There is more than one definition there.
It also means beer, drugs, something nasty, seems like an all purpose word like the f word.

I can only speak for what context, I’ve heard that in.
“Boofing” is hiding something in your butt. Usually, to smuggle something, like drugs, into prisons…

And just in case anyone gets any ideas… I want to caution that this is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS and can easily lead to alcohol poisoning that CAN BE FATAL. Normally when you drink too much, you’ll puke out the alcohol. The body can’t do this when it’s shot into your ass.
