Have you ever had it set to max?

I have one channel with almost no audio. I have to turn my volume up almost all the way.
Sucks though, when forget to turn it back down to change channels.

In a full pub.

AS long as you don’t disturb neighbours, then whatever floats yer boat.

@ragingloli GA! Or when one orders a sporting event from pay per view, and the neighbours are invited.

Some shows just don’t put out enough of a volume signal, so it must be turned up.
I had a SHARP 32” HDTV that slowly lost volume power so I had to keep it turned up to max all the time.
One might be inclined to turn the volume up to max if there is a real good movie on and there are excellent sound effects and there is no Surround Sound amp.

Whenever a fucking ice cream van rocks up tootling that hideously annoying clanging tune, usually the Popeye theme.

Ugh! Popeye! My dad sang that whenever my mom put my hair in pigtails, tugging each pigtail on the “toot toot“s.
I would gladly send you a gun if you would have Carstairs shoot the truck’s speaker.

I’ve set it to max for experimental, gaming, and annoying-the-neighbors purposes.

When you are in a different room and don’t want to miss anything .
