Running, wonderful to get away from it all when all you have is the road & your thoughts.

Walking in the hills or listening to music at home.

Alone time for anything I want. Mom-dog trips, shopping, netflix, salon appt, etc…

A day without having to respond to anyone else. An hour in the middle of the day is not enough of a break to be “me time” for me.

Reading

Curled up with a book or for a nap with no demands upon me. When I had the daycare I enforced a 1hr ‘quiet time’ after lunch every day. It was more for me than the kids tho.

Reading, mainly. I don’t really go out and do stuff by myself. So it’s going to be something at home, generally reading or listening to music.

@zenvelo Are you able to incorporate “me time” during the weekend?

@ltoban Sometimes, sometimes not. Today I had from 9 to 11:30 to myself, the rest of the day was with my girlfriend and her daughter.
