What is the first thing you think of when you think about taking time for yourself?

Sleeping in without getting woken up by anyone.
Running, wonderful to get away from it all when all you have is the road & your thoughts.
Walking in the hills or listening to music at home.
Alone time for anything I want. Mom-dog trips, shopping, netflix, salon appt, etc…
A day without having to respond to anyone else. An hour in the middle of the day is not enough of a break to be “me time” for me.
Curled up with a book or for a nap with no demands upon me. When I had the daycare I enforced a 1hr ‘quiet time’ after lunch every day. It was more for me than the kids tho.
Reading, mainly. I don’t really go out and do stuff by myself. So it’s going to be something at home, generally reading or listening to music.

@zenvelo Are you able to incorporate “me time” during the weekend?
@ltoban Sometimes, sometimes not. Today I had from 9 to 11:30 to myself, the rest of the day was with my girlfriend and her daughter.
I am SO DONE with me time.
I NEED my grand children. I’m going to talk Rick into.going home today to get them and bringing them back here for the week. There are wild blackberries that need apickin’ out here! And land that needs run upon!!
