Depends. How does your tagging style compare between now & then?

If substantially different, then I agree w/ damien: start fresh.

I started fresh with Twitter, and now I sort of regret giving up my low user id number (because that’s how friends are sorted on the sidebar—so early adopters appear highest).

For delicious I can’t see that mattering though. I still sort of like the idea of using your old account, but certainly there’s nothing wrong with starting fresh either.
