Best bug vacuum or catcher with an exteneded handle?

I’ve been looking for a bug vacuum, or catcher, specifically one with a really long handle so I don’t have to get close to the bug. I’m looking for one that will work on roaches. Has anyone used one of these and which one would you recommend?

How long? The nozzle is more important than the handle. Can you get boric acid in powder form where you are?

I know they make a paste you can put around that will lure the roaches in and poison them so they go off and die where you don’t need to see them.
