What movie roles could you see Donald Trump playing?
I was thinking about this over lunch. If Trump weren’t president, what roles (from existing films) could you see him in?
For example, I could see him as the Rodney Dangerfield role in Caddyshack
If he were holding silver balls in his hand, he could be a passable paranoid Captain Queeg from The Caine Mutiny
On the other hand, even if he wore a headband, he would never be a good Rambo
How would you cast Donald Trump?

I could see him playing a child molester in an episode of Law and Order: SVU.
It would be fun for him to play himself on SNL. (not a Baldwin fan)
Bugsey Seigel . What was the movie’s name? Bugsy?
Picasso in the Genius series. (and no; I do not see him as a genius in case your b/p is going up)
He could play himself in a cameo in Home Alone 2.
Dumb and dumber. “Let’s nuke hurricanes!” “Let’s buy Greenland!” “Lets have a formal dinner party with Big Macs!”
He could also play Fisk in that terrible Daredevil movie.
Would love to see Ben Affleck beating the everloving shit out of him.
Jabba or the Emperor in Return of the Jedi.
I wouldn’t be surprised if Mark Hamill or David Prowse would do their kill scenes for free.
Now he’s trying to say he didn’t say it.
I’d cast him as the guy who follows the elephants when they arrive in a new town in the movie Ringling Bros.
Either Clyde the orangutan in Every Which way but Loose or Forrest Trump.
How about the God Father remake, we call it The Don Father.
Jack Nicholson roles.

Nicholson has not acted in a film since How Do You Know in 2010, but does not consider himself to be retired. He has also directed three films, including The Two Jakes (1990), the sequel to Chinatown.
Aster’s on the right track. Trump is perfect for any rendition of a crude gangster, say Capone or any character distinguished for his lack of grace and refinement. He would be wonderful as Archie Bunker in a revival of All in the Family or a gluttonous Henry VIII.
I have never seen a movie character like Trump. He is his own creation. While I don’t like Trump, I can’t say that I hate him. He is to be pitied. There is something fundamentally wrong with his view of life. He has no moral compass. Power is all that matters. He is without compassion. There is no obligation to tell the truth. You couldn’t have someone like that in a movie, because the character would not be credible.

That is an insult to President Camacho.
That guy at least that the good sense to step aside to let the smart guy do his job.
