Is it illegal, or against the terms of service, to use a pseudonym on a social media site?

No. Facebook doesn’t like it tho.

Yes, if your name is not RedDeerGuy1 on your passport and birth certificate, THE LONG ARM OF THE LAW WILL BE THERE ANY MINUTE TO KILL YOU!
