Are there certain songs you can't listen to because they get stuck in your head?
I can think of a few songs I’ve heard that have been such “earworms” that I did not want to listen to them again any time soon.
“Take Off With Us” from All That Jazz is one. Stuck in my head for days. I don’t think I could listen to it again. It’s awful when you’re trying to read.
Maybe this is just my OCD brain talking. We all get earworms, but maybe we don’t all get them this bad. What’s a song or tune that you couldn’t get out of your head for a while?

I have random earworms all the time. And I think you totally rock for even knowing that song.
@anniereborn Thanks :D I mean, I love it, the choreography is awesome (it’s Fosse, after all). But there’s something about the song that embeds itself in my mind so easily! (Actually now that I think about it, “Rich Man’s Frug” gets stuck in my head too. Something about songs associated with Fosse). :P
Don’t look!!! For your own safety! Don’t look!!!!
Too late…
“Baby Shark Doo doo doo doo doo.”

@Demosthenes You have great taste in earworms. I love me some Fosse!
Yes. The ones I especially avoid are the ones I hate but are still catchy and get stuck in my head. I’m going to avoid trying to think of many examples, because just thinking of them can cause it.
Sometimes it’s even a song I’ve never heard before, and I only hear a part of it, but hate it intensely and it gets stuck in my head anyway.
Recently I was driving and stopped near a truck blaring some songs like that. All I heard that I can remember was like:
“I went to wooork, at the age of fiiive, cuz money don’t grow on trees…
…
Well IIiii didn’t choOOOooose, the rehdnehck LIIiiife, but the rehdnehck Liiife chose me…”
Daddy shark doo doo doo doo doo doo.
