Does anyone know what this song in the description is?

It’s too hard to make out over the Japanese guy talking and the people cheering, as well as being a very short snippet.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C1euX8b9eHg from 7:07 to 7:16 is where it’s most audible.

It sounds like an orchestra with points that sound like the music is boosting confidence.
It is quite similar to the theme of who wants to be a millionaire.

My guess is that it’s their own theme song.
