You can’t blame them for your failures.
But they clearly delayed your progress.
Who were they?
What did they do?

No one that I knew of. Relationships hurt, but eventually It all worked out in the end. I would have loved to drop out of school in grade 4 or to be academically accelerated over the painful useless times while I was in school.
I wasn’t allowed to have a library card till I was 15 and even then I was restricted from getting the good books over my level to inspire me.
I would love that those who show interest in advanced materials to have access to them; then I wouldn’t have been a class clown and a disrupter.
My Dad. I was home on break after my 4th semester of college. My folks had split, Mom moved to Washington.
Dad didn’t want to pay for college any more. He told me that I was a girl and didn’t need a college education. I just needed to find a man to marry and take care of me.
No one that I can think of right now.
Apparently, I am that stubborn.
This fat man at the toilet cubicle, bastard made me trickle on my shoes.
I was involved in a toxic friendship for 8 years. I was an unpopular kid so I was desperate for a friend. As a result I held onto that toxic relationship even though I knew very well it was toxic. I just buried my suspicion deep down in my mind by telling myself “I should be grateful I even have someone to call friend”. Looking back, I realize how much she held me back. I was an utterly shallow person, I kept bumping into toxic people that I couldn’t get away from, I fully believed myself to be stupid… It was a miracle that the friendship ended, with me doing something that made her show her true color.
