Bindi Irwin Is betrothed, anybody interested in details?

Asked by Patty_Melt (17519points) October 9th, 2019

She plans to have the wedding at the zoo. I get that. It should be beautiful there, but carry a koala down the aisle with her? That seems out of place to me, even for an Irwin.

I am not sure why that doesn’t surprise me.Will it be wearing a dressy diaper?

She’s gonna marry a koala?
Thanks for teaching me a new word (betrothed).

She’s marrying a young man, but hopefully the koala doesn’t get the wrong idea!

Ah, I see.
Nah, can’t say I’m really interested.

I love what the family has done for animal awareness and conservation over the years, but it seems sometimes there should be human only moments.

I wonder what animal-based food they will serve at the reception, and if the zoo animals have any empathy for their soon-to-be-eaten cousins.

Hopefully they have fish. It will be easy to get rid of the leftovers without guilt.
If they have chicken the crocs are out because they prefer to have the whole bird.

I’m interested since we’ve watched these kids be born and grow up.

Her brother is walking her down the aisle, his interview on that is very sweet.

As far as the koala, I think most animal lovers would agree it’s not too weird for their family at all.

I follow her on Instagram. She’s always posting pix with the bf.

They look very happy together and I’m happy for them, but I really don’t give a crap about what they do nor how they do it

@elbanditoroso “I wonder what animal-based food they will serve at the reception, and if the zoo animals have any empathy for their soon-to-be-eaten cousins.”

Why would they? Considering the amount of predation and carrion-feeding that occurs in nature.
