I’ve never tried haggis. But it sounds terrible…
It’s mostly made from beef with oatmeal, onions, salt and spices and has a dry crumbly texture. It isn’t bad. They don’t use a sheep’s stomach nowadays and they go easy on the heart, liver and lungs.
Would love to try authentic traditional haggis.
