Bring out the haggis and the Glenfiddich! Can we celebrate our dear laddie @flutherother?

Always kind and always wise but not lacking in opinions, our favorite Scottish Jelly has gotten 30,000 lurve. Please join me in raising a pint to one of of most judicious Jellies!

Keep forgetting to visit Meta and glad I did. GREAT JOB @flutherother CONGRATS! Easy to get a Glenfiddich but no idea where to get haggis! Cheers!

I’ve never tried haggis. But it sounds terrible…

flutherother's avatar

It’s mostly made from beef with oatmeal, onions, salt and spices and has a dry crumbly texture. It isn’t bad. They don’t use a sheep’s stomach nowadays and they go easy on the heart, liver and lungs.

Would love to try authentic traditional haggis.
