You know already so i’ll only respond to what I get out of it.
The challenge & the fitness rewards which are plenty.
All of them. Mostly volley ball and tennis. I feel really, super good and healthy and strong when I play.
Spin class, 3X per week, for sweaty, heart-pounding, cardio-vascular exercise.
Les MIlls Bodypump, 3X per week, for strength and resistance training. If you’re unfamiliar, Bodypump is weightlifting in a group to music, which is much more enjoyable than lifting alone in a gym.
Pilates, abs, and stretching classes, around my workouts, to round-out my routine.
