Where online can one enrol in a graduate degree in general studies or liberal arts?

Just asking for fun. Also what is the next level past master’s degree in liberal arts degree or master’s degree in general studies?

I have a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John’s College. (I went to the Santa Fe, NM campus. There’s also a campus in Annapolis, MD.) I researched PhDs which is the next level of education. All the programs require some kind of specialization. There are no generalized PhDs.
