Is it rare for a passenger in a rollover car accident to not have any neck pain or injury?

On Monday night I was a passenger in a car accident. We were in a Chrysler caravan (which tend to rollover easily in a car accident) and my friend dozed off for a split second and over corrected, making us rollover two or three times into the side of the road, which was a lot lower than pavement. Remarkably, none of us were hurt and we didn’t suffer any neck injuries. We were able to crawl out of the back of the van pretty easily. Seatbelt definitely saved my life, and I think my short stature definitely prevented any head trauma or leg injuries.
But how rare is it that I don’t have any neck strain? The next day I was able to go to work and people were shocked I had been in a rollover crash the night before.

If you have health insurance I would go to a Doctor just to make sure all is well, but if not just keep aware of any pains that do show up in the next few days, and after that your good to go.
Went to the ER and got X-rays, fortunately no broken bones or punctures
Good, then hopefully you’re a-ok and no harm done.
Maybe you guys should have sung songs or something to keep the driver awake.
In 2006 I lost it on some black ice and hit the bank at almost 60mph truck was nearly wrote off my only injury was a black and blue welt where the seat belt was on me.
About 20 years ago I was hit by a car while riding my bike. It wasn’t nearly as violent as rolling in a car a few times. I didn’t think much of since I had skateboarding accidents that were way worse.
But a few days later my back started to really hurt. It ended up hurting for about a month. Hopefully you are alright, but back/neck pain doesn’t always show up right away.
A friend of mine was in a rollover accident about 10 years ago. Someone was on the other side of the yellow line and he swerved to avoid them and rolled over. When I arrived to get him, the car was upside down on the side of the road. He was fine.
I too was in a rollover accident many years ago. and did not suffer any injuries. My BF at the time broke his collarbone.
A few years after that, I was in another accident where the car went off the road, landing on a small hill. That time, my neck did hurt. I wish I had gone to a chiropractor as I might not have the problem that I have today.
I am glad you didn’t get hurt but if you have any pain, I suggest you see a doctor.
