I go to the gym regularly and lift weights. At work, I sit at a desk 90% of the time. What things could I do to keep active and get fit without looking like a weirdo?
I could bring dumbbells but that would be weird – maybe. I do have a raiseable desk if I prefer to stand but that does very little for me.

Using a 50 pound coffee mug, take 15 sips in sets of three.
Do lunges on the way to use the men’s room. No one will think that’s odd. Just say you keep dropping a pencil.
Do bench presses with a file cabinet while laying on your desk. Tape the drawers shut unless you have a crush on your dentist. :D
@Castle Thanks! I take credit cards too.
At your desk you can lift your feet for 30 seconds and set them down. Push/sit ups are always good and free.
Fart then run away so someone else gets the blame.
Beware the silent but violent fart though but, could find yourself running all the way home.
We walk at lunch, sometimes I’ll do sit-ups or push ups on break.
