Does the "Oops. We did something wrong. Internally." page appear when you try to flag spam?

I’ve always gotten that when I’m searching an OP from a long time ago, excpet lately, when flagging spam?

I’ve never had that problem.
Yes, it happened to me this morning when I tried to flag our usual spammer.
Once or twice. I think it was caused by the SPAM being removed from the server and I still had an image on the PC.
[Mod says] We’ve been experiencing intermittent issues. Not sure why, but things should go back to normal soon. If you need to reach a mod, the most reliable way right now is to PM one.
I think there was also when flagging something else.
