The Georgia Highway Department, rather than fix the drainage problem, uses those orange message signs to tell you about road conditions.
Today’s said:
POSSIBLE
WATER
ON ROAD
Wouldn’t it be better as:
WATER
POSSIBLE
ON ROAD
?
