What is the weekly limit to eating fried bologna sandwiches?
I am craving them now and would know what the weekly limit is to eating them? Is once a day for lunch good? I get paid on the 28th and would like to make them every day. With spaghetti for supper and instant oatmeal for breakfast. Also premium cup o noodles (Sapporo Ichiban Noodles Cup O Soup), for snack. With bananas and avocados when ever?

Just buy a small package and when it’s gone look six months out on your calendar and mark it “OK to buy bologna.” Rinse and repeat.
What spices do you use to making the best fried Bologna?
Bologna, Good bread, mustard, mayo, tomatoes, cheese, spices.
We had fried bologna sandwiches as kids. Loved them. My husband and I had them sometimes too, especially in the college days. Fresh white bread, mustard, and hot bologna. Nothing else!
I might instead shop for a ham and grilled cheese sandwich and tomato soup with a splash of milk.
0. The limit is 0.
For me anyway. I find bologna revolting, fried or otherwise.
@RedDeerGuy1 I’m gagging at the thought of you eating bologna every way you listed. I despise bologna, so ZERO would be MY limit!!!
I never liked bologna. My mom never bought it, we never ate it, I think it’s gross.
As for you, @RedDeerGuy1, it’s not good for your health to eat that every day.
@jca2 What about nitrate free deli meat. Other than bologna? Or cold cuts subs from Subway?
Have you tried mortadella?
Bologna’s slightly fancier cousin.
Dude. This is horrible. Eat PB&J instead. If you want it warm heat it like you would a grilled cheese.
I would be thinking about an annual limit.
If at all.
My annual limit would be 0. I’m not a fan of bologna
@RedDeerGuy1 Yes, I do eat some deli ham every now & then. I do my best to keep my deli ham intake limited as it’s not supposed to be good for us, but I feel it is MUCH better than bologna!!!
I have an electric meat slicer. Whenever I cook certain meats (like ham), I slice up some & freeze it so I can have some hopefully healthier sliced ham for sandwiches or whatever for later. I do the same when I cook a roast. I still limit how often that I use these meats, but they are nice to pull out & eat when I’m tired of what I have at the moment!!!
