Make up for it, with things like oral, and manual stimulation. A good lover, makes sure “she gets hers.”
Otherwise, I would try condoms, or other methods, that make you “take longer.” Maybe consult, your primary care physician?
N-(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-N2,N2-diethylglycinamide, spray it on your dick.
Make it in to a positive.
@rebbel It’s not a positive. I think perhaps some counseling with a couples sex therapist would be of use. Another thing you might try is masturbating earlier in the day so perhaps you don’t come quite so quickly. Also, use lubricant or make sure she is very wet before intercourse.
@janbb That’s what I was hinting at.

Perhaps I should have be (more) clear.
I was married to a man who suffered from Erectile Dysfunction…yet we had the MOST awesome sex life & he left me wanting for NOTHING!!! Just find ways to become creative!!!
This is what the Mayo Clinic has to say on the subject. You might want to speak with your doctor about this.
Not the biggest deal. There’s plenty of ways to play, and stimulate each other that are less likely to make you ejaculate before you’d like. Try focusing on touch, and toy/oral stimulation of your partner. Chances are, if you make your partner happy, it’s going to take a lot of pressure off, leaving you the space to work towards lasting longer, without all the disappointment and hurt feelings that can happen.
This is how I solved my PE problem.
About 5 minutes before intercourse I rubbed 2% Xylocaine jelly (Lidocaine cream or toothache medicine also works) onto to all aspects of my penis. Also put on a double condoms. Helped tremendously.
This gives you control. Once you understand that you can control your ejaculations better, then you may scale back to just using the xylocaine. Finally you will need nothing as you gain complete control.
^Practice helps too. The more they engage, the longer he may last…
I think it’s a mental thing, with males. A vagina feels SO good. The more the OP experiences it, the more it may become something that he can get used to…
That was my point…
The real question is WHY do u suffer from PE?
The real question is why males don’t suffer it more often…
